One of the best places to stay in cappadocia. The hotel is placed strategically, close to the main market street and restaurants. The hotel staff was very friendly and cooperative. They even helped us with last min hot air balloon trip and other activities. The rooms were amazing and offered one of a kind experience!

The air was fresher in the 2000 year old cave than in our room. Extremely basic and very stale. Didn’t trust the throw or the rug. Had a junior suite and there was nothing glamorous about it. Hairdryer came off the wall when we used it. Shower was awful. Not sure why this hotel has 4 stars. It’s 3 at best. Would avoid - extremely disappointed. Addition: staff did respond to this in the hotel and I’ve got to say the service is good. It’s just the facilities are a bit basic for me. On reflection I should have spoken up on the first day and requested a different room. When staff saw the review they did their best to make it up to us

I came to Cappadocia for the first time. And we had a wonderful holiday thanks to Doors Of Cappadocia. The staff at the reception are very attentive and helpful. The view of the hotel is magnificent. When I come to Cappadocia again, the only place I will definitely choose is Doors Of Cappadocia.

pictures are very misleading and highly edited, the property is rather outdated and the room had a strange smell. yes, in a good location but certainly other better cave hotels in the area! star rating : 2/5.

We stayed for 7 nights - too long for the area but only cause the balloons cancelled multiple times and we were eloping. We stayed in 3 different rooms. Definitely recommend one of the top floor, you can hear your neighbours upstairs on the lower level and wifi doesn’t work so well. The view of the balloons is amazing if it doesn’t rain!! We didn’t have great weather unfortunately. But when they flew, you have an amazing view here. Pool is nice but didn’t really get to enjoy it. The service was great. The team at the front desk was always there to help and very accommodating.

Hi team, We didn't like the reception desk. The guy was quoting random racist jokes about India during our arrival. We didn't say anything for the first time but then he kept on saying that during every discussion where I finally had to jump in to ask him to stop and don't generalise. He asked us to be ready by 4:45pm as we are Indians but it's 5pm pick up time for the rest of the countries. Another instance when I asked for discount where he was selling me USD 950 Tour package. He told me that are you from India and started laughing on our faces. I mean he should be immediately removed from that desk as he is the worst receptionist as I would ever experience in my lifetime. Makemytrip should take an action against his hotel with hotel should also be marked accountable here.
